I have spent significant time studying with Dr. James Bae, Tracee Stanley, and some time under guidance from Gurmukh Khalsa, Tej Kaur, Harijiwan Khalsa, Sharon Gannon and David Life. I have had the gift of sitting in the presence of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, and have sat with Amma in both Los Angeles and New York. I’ve also studied with many more less famous, but equally profound beings.
My greatest teachers have been my children, and I learn from my students in each class I lead.
